Exquisite property from top to bottom… only caveat is we stayed in the summer and missed centralized air (our room did not catch the delicious breezes from the bay other areas of the house did.) Staff was outstanding and breakfast delicious. We will be back…with a fan!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Twelve Hotel. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4, with two separate bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was really well decorated. We loved the bar downstairs and all the quirky touches.
