We have stayed at the Palladium twice, the first trip was excellent. The second stay was less enjoyable. The room service was hit or miss. We were not impressed with the specialty restaurants. The food at the buffet was mediocre.. The grounds smelled like an outhouse in some areas there was a sewage discharge from the septic tank into the ocean just off the beach in the middle of the day .

Everything was perfect and safe

The staff and our room was excellent. The beach was excellent. The Mediterranean restaurant was excellent. The argentina restaurant ok. The buffet for breakfast and lunch I didn’t enjoy as much.

Just got back from Fiesta Americana All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The vibe is warm, laid-back, and honestly feels like a home away from home. Shout-outs: Axel for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until we left; Yonni and Andres for the best cool poolside service; Jorge and Ezekiel planned fun activities and games with infectious energy; Felipe for great breakfast and lunch; Josephine, Monce, and the spa crew for relaxing massages, and last but not least, Judith and the housekeeping team for taking care of everything we needed every day and making us feel looked after. Raymundo, Miguel, and Vladimir were fun and made our stay memorable! The food was excellent, with both local and international options. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to unwind by the pool or watch the sunset. We also loved the wildlife—birds, iguanas, peacocks, and the resort’s resident cat—all of which made the trip even more enjoyable. We looked forward to seeing them every day, and the staff’s positive interactions with the animals added to the experience. Overall, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the vibe was peaceful—perfect for our getaway. If you’re considering a tropical vacation, Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta should definitely be on your list. Can’t wait to return!

A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place

Only great things to say! We stayed for part of our trip of our honeymoon, and wish we could have stayed here longer. We had the king bed, with the swim up pool, and it was awesome. Big bathroom, spacious room, semi private pool/ patio area. The restaurants were awesome, Lia being our favorite! The menus were elevated and the drinks were good! Music at the main pool everyday, without being overwhelming. This isn’t your huge party hotel, but perfect for nice relaxing time, without getting bored! ALL the staff was helpful and always addressed us by name. Eduardo was our “host” & I can’t say enough good things about him. He helped with all reservations & sent daily activities hosted by the resort and made sure we were taken care of. I know they’re a newer hotel, but take the chance and see for yourself! We will absolutely be back!

Great Bars, Clean Rooms, Excellent service, Beach was rocky but still enjoyable. Food was 8.5/10 overall, lots of amazing food but a good chunk that was just ok.
