I told them it was my daughters birthday trip. When we walked into our room, they had a happy Birthday card, a bottle of champagne with two ballons tied to it, and two champagne glasses. She was so touched by that. I love this place! This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I will probably book here every single time I come to River Street! We love it!

Hotel Bardo in Savannah, Georgia was terrible. Staff were surly and not attentive. There was also no concierge staff despite Hotel assurances that there would be. There would have been many more negative comments in this evaluation, but the evaluation categories and parameters were incredibly limited. Stay there if you want to be overcharged and underserved.
