everything was great except the air conditioner was loud. unfortunately it broke, and it took hours to cool down. they had quick service to repair.

Area needs some options for breakfast

The hotel is centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff were friendly. The property is beautiful and nicely appointed. We had two rooms during our stay, both had balcony's. The rooms were identical. The beds were super comfortable. So the downside. We were given room 602. When we walked in the room looked great but it had a smell of something. Not sure if it was mildew or what but my kids picked up on it immediately.. My youngest has pretty significant allergies and was pretty congested when we checked out today. The frustrating part was that someone named Jesse text me on day 2 of 4 and asked how our stay was.. I told her about the smell and she said someone would be in touch but no one ever reached out. When we checked into the next room we definitely noticed there was no smell like in our room. Not sure if I would stay here again. If I do I will check the room before we agree to stay in the room.

Everything about the resort is excellent.

The room had an odd smell to it and there was a stain on bedding and the sofa bed.

The elevator was so slow
