Great place overall, just disappointed with the check-in process. It took a very long time, and multiple guests in other lines were checked in or helped with their issues before I was ever assisted. Once checked in everything was great, but the arrival experience definitely needs improvement.

Room and bathroom were beautiful. Location was good for walking. Staff was friendly and upgraded us. We enjoyed a great meal at their restaurant.

I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge even though this was supposed to be buffet. Was extremely surprised at lower quality of paper goods in room. Toilet paper was rough, Kleenex was cheap and stiff.
