I was not to I had to pay a service fee upon booking and when I checked in I was not informed. So I want to know why I was charged $137.00 service fee

We had such a wonderful stay at the Pontchartrain Hotel in New Orleans! From the moment we arrived, the valet staff set the tone—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so quick to help. The front desk staff was just as kind, making check-in smooth and easy. The real standout was the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to make our family (especially our little girls) feel cared for. The service was thoughtful, and the food was excellent—the famous Mile High Pie is an absolute must-try! The hotel itself is beautiful, in a lovely area where we felt safe walking around. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with one of the best showers and bathrooms we’ve ever had in a hotel, and the beds were wonderfully cozy after a long day of exploring

Excellent accommodations close to all the streets that call for your attention (restaurants, clubs and shopping). Would definitely stay there again.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! We were treated like royalty and the hotel room, staff, food, drinks, etc. were all first class! This will be our go-to hotel in NOLA for all future trips!

We had a wonderful experience at Sophie’s Enchanted Cottage! Just as described, the space was private, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the private courtyard and entrance, and was easy to check in. The suite itself is spacious and spotless upon arrival. The tasteful decor added a cozy, welcoming charm. The kitchenette was a great bonus, well-stocked with continental breakfast options. The bed was very comfortable, and every detail throughout the room was inviting. Self-check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return with our family.

The property was close and walking distance to things we wanted to do in New Orleans. For my sister's 60th birthday 🎂

The Hotel was very modern and super clean. You do have to pay for parking which is expected unless you find free parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel throughout the French quarters. I definitely would stay here again when I come back to visit.
