London (LGW) to Zagreb (ZAG)
9.6/10 Exceptional! (103 reviews)
Far from a five-star experience.
The restaurant and kitchen are on the fifth floor. My first two nights on the fourth floor felt like sleeping inside the kitchen, with noise from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. I moved to the third floor for the final two nights, but a 90-person party upstairs blasted music until midnight, making my room feel like a nightclub.
Staff seemed very accustomed to these noise complaints, yet dismissed mine, saying “That’s impossible” or “I can’t hear anything.” They appeared unable to resolve the issue and avoided eye contact.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a five-star experience.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (154 reviews)
Decent breakfast included, pleasant staff… especially nice bar staff. The only thing is, the standard for cleaning the rooms need to be higher .

8.4/10 Very good! (320 reviews)
Nice stay in Zagreb city center.
Room was noisy due to the closeness to the tram but they offered us (without us asking) to change room the next day and we refused because we didn’t want to move all our stuff
