The rooms could use some updating and the lighting around the property at night is poor.

Very disappointing visit, 7 nights. My favourite Hotel and 4 th Visit. Unfortunately this time the hotel is looking a little tired. We were kindly given an upgrade to a corner room only to find it was facing a huge building site that started work before 8 o clock every morning. Not what you would want on holiday. Couldn’t be moved. There is a big yellow stain in the bath ( Room 231) . Every morning at breakfast drink and food orders went to the wrong table. No staff know which table numbers are which. However the senior staff that have been there on previous visits were very quick to put things right. Usual top quality service at front desk and concierge and staff around the pool areas very attentive. First time I ve felt this was not good value for money and suspect next year will opt to try somewhere else.

Séjour parfait avec les installations qui viennent avec un 5 étoiles! Bonne bouffe et sélection d’alcools a peaufiner mais sommes toutes, un très beau séjour. Si vous y passer deux semaines, je vous conseilles les suites pour la grosseur de la chambre

This is a magical place! ✨ Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere to the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and welcoming, truly going above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. We absolutely loved every moment and can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The rooms are simple and clean , lovely reception staff and friendly cleaners with an ideal location right in the centre of Santa Eulalia . With any luck we will be back again next year ❤️
