Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the Club privileges. Great location for access to Auckland center. Only negative is there isn’t a thermostat in the room. I wasn’t able to change the temperature and couldn’t get it cool enough for my preference. Asked for and received a fan - which helped - but definitely prefer to regulate the room temperature myself.

Courteous, helpful staff. Clean room. Great location. Good breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Fun hotel, but terrible room looking out on a busy intersection. Lots of traffic noise. Don't book a corner room.

Shower couldn’t use the rain fall shower. Pool was freezing which was the biggest disappointment also kids in there u der 16 being dis respectful and stated there was cameras but

Only problem was that the toilet door lock would not work, reported to front desk and we declined a room transfer. Otherwise very good
