The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.

The property and staff are wonderful and no complaints on the room. However after checkout I received a bill for the in room snacks and drinks that was close to $500 and we didn't touch anything but the coffee and it hasn't been resolved. Very disappointed in that.
