Nice location and great service

The window seating furniture was pretty stained and found a couple random strands of hair in towels and sheets. The bed wasn’t very comfy, pretty plain like a Tru hotel. An old man was trying to rent a room with a hunchback s3* worker when we checked in with our 2 small children and it took them quite a bit of time to figure out their situation before we could check in. And parking was $53 for self parking and $65 for valet…

Clean rooms and excellent staff who are always ready to help in a friendly, professional manner. The hotel offers a great restaurant and sports bar, plus convenient on‑site options like Starbucks and a general store for anything you might need. I didn’t use the pool or gym, but both looked impressive and well‑maintained. The glass elevators are a full experience on their own — you’ll either love them or hate them depending on your comfort with heights. For me, they were a major plus. Overall, a great stay and I highly recommend the Marriott Marquis.

The Whitley is great! We were warmly greeted by all staff, from valet to front desk and security. The bed was super comfortable - good nights’ sleep for a hotel. Looking forward to a future stay !

Such a nice place but pool was kinda dirty!

The room was clean The staff was very helpful Breakfast was OK, only had muffins and granola bars, and coffee Air-conditioning was good

We got to the hotel and they gave our suite to someone else. We had a reservation for over a month and the staff didn't help us one bit we ended up in another hotel. Worse hotel experience we ever had with a hotel.

The stay at this hotel was so terrible that I had to book reservations at another hotel.
