Great place to stay, helpful staff and amazing location

The room is small but enough for solo traveller. Love the location since it is right in the middle of busy area and walkable to bus or tram. The elevator wasn't working when I was checked out which was the downside but overall it's a good stay.

The check in line was ridiculous. There were only 3 staff working. This meant check in took forever. We were not given any information about where the parking lot is or how to get to our room. After finding the parking lot, there were no signs to the lifts. After eventually finding them we then found ourselves in the hotel lobby and realised that there are 3 different lift locations. None of there had signs. We spent 20 mins using different lifts to try and find our room. That afternoon we then spent over 30 mins waiting to go down the lifts to the pool, to later find out that 1 lift was broken (there is only 2 to our rooms). Every time the lift came, it was full. You can imagine how fun this was with 2 little kids. Really disappointing.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

Conveniently located near George street but away enough from it as well. It’s an easy walk to Barangroo, The Rocks, Circular Quay, and Sydney Opera House as well as everything below from that. The hotel’s luggage storage was great since my flight wasn’t until 7 at night. I love that I have a washer and dryer in the room. I came back from a rainy whale watching day, which had a lot of salt water splashed on me. It was easy to do laundry at my convenience.

Beautiful hotel with stylish interiors. It’s a shame however at the moment that they only have Olympus dining available as both Lottie and bar Julius are closed. It would also be great if you could order cocktails to the pool and not just a canned drink.
