Rooms are in need of updating as is the pool, rooms smelled of mold, furniture was old and sticky, in room bar was broken, balconies are tiny, buffet was smaller than other RIU locations and food was subpar

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The resort is beautiful and elegant, and the service throughout the property was excellent. We especially enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and Paranza, where the food and service were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Our only disappointment was the beach service for drinks and refreshments, which was very limited and sometimes almost nonexistent. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!
