Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

Room had safe that didn’t work, broken screen door, and uncomfortable bed. Cleaning staff had to be reminded to come, and basically made the bed and replaced towels. Dishes in the sink left dirty and little bugs crawling on them.
Overpriced room but it is a great location

Good base location. Pretty hotel lobby. Best part was the private beach. Nice little beach, with water pedal bikes you can borrow. Saw sea turtles and cool fish while on the bikes. the only complaint is that more chairs/umbrellas should be made available, even if for sale, we could never find any. Our room phone did not work and was never fixed and there was a weird fishy smell on our side of the hotel (it was not us lol), had to keep the windows open to air it out.

The spa experience was very disappointing.
The massage was poor and did not feel professional at all. There was also no water provided to drink and no shower available after the massage, which is below the standard I expected from a spa experience.
