The staff also come across as quite cold; when you ask for something, they often respond without even making eye contact. That said, this isn’t limited to the hotel staff—it reflects a broader impression of the Bahamas overall. Other than that, everything was great.

i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent.
Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute.
the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence.
