Our stay at this resort was truly unforgettable. The villa rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the private pool with sunset view every evening was absolutely unbelievable. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. I have never experienced such genuinely amazing service. All were great but Cesar specifically, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I was so sad to leave them. We wanted to take them back home with us because they were just such kind hearted people.

This was a favorite property!!! Oceanfront, gorgeous pool and gardens around the property. I love their commitment to the environment and welcome the natural wildlife within the property. The staff is so friendly, always ensuring you are doing well and enjoying your time. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and you can enjoy your meal beachside if you wish. The bungalows are spacious with a beautiful outdoor shower. The beach is wonderful to swim, walk and surf. Thank you to all the staff we met and helped make our stay so memorable!

Overall, we had a really fun stay! I wouldn’t say it was the best resort I’ve stayed at, but the views were absolutely incredible and the staff were honestly amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and even the other guests were SO nice and welcoming. We met some really cool people, which made the whole experience even better. One of my favourite parts was seeing monkeys right on the beach 🐒🌴 such a cool experience! There was so much nature around the resort, and I loved the fun atmosphere, entertainment and nightly shows. There was always something going on. That being said, there were definitely a few things that could’ve been better. The resort is VERY hilly, so getting around could be a bit of a struggle, especially when you had to wait for a shuttle. Sometimes the shuttles took quite a while to pick you up or get you where you needed to go. The food was pretty average, and the swim-up bar could get frustrating. There were times when there was only one bartender working when they clearly needed more, and we waited up to 20 minutes for drinks. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with amazing views, incredible staff, friendly people, lots of nature and a really fun vibe. I genuinely enjoyed my trip, but with the food, transportation and bar service, I’d give it a 7/10 ⭐️

The property is beautiful and the staff very helpful and accomodating. There is a good variety of onsite restaurants and bars. The Pool is magnificent. We will definitely stay at this resort again.
