Overall a very enjoyable stay

I unknowingly booked a room that was unrefundable. They did not allow me to reschedule my booking & I lost over $500. Be very careful when you make your reservation.

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.

Amazing property with spacious and clean rooms, bistro was excellent and service was very friendly and professional

Lovely clean and upgraded room. Given Premium room in lieu of Superior one, which was a little larger. Breakfast was very good. Roof top bar excellent. Location ideal for exploring and near to shops, Old Town and Guggenheim. Would recommend to anyone.
