Great location for everything including dogs. Park right beside it. Great restaurants close by. We parked our car and didn’t move it for two days.

Great location near restaurants, ferries, and walking / running paths (very walkable!). Room was small but comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Paradox Hotel in April and it genuinely exceeded expectations from start to finish. The room was excellent, well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for from a hotel of this calibre. The amenities were a real highlight, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. What truly set the stay apart, though, was the quality of the service, attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout. If you’re visiting Vancouver and want a hotel that delivers on every front, the Paradox is an easy recommendation. I’ll certainly be returning.

Stayed at the Fairmont Gold in Whistler recently. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall Gold experience did not live up to expectations. The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. I would not recommend counting on it as part of the value of the stay. Overall, while the accommodations were good, I personally did not find the Fairmont Gold upgrade worth the additional cost.

No restaurant. No drinks machine. Staff hard to reach. Elevators took forever. Way too expensive for what u get.

Staff were fantastic, great location, Spa service was excellent. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Lovely hotel with water views. It's very convenient for many sights in the city. Hotel staff is exemplary. Very clean, quiet and luxurious hotel.

The room was great and the view from the room was FABULOUS! The room was perfectly appointed. The linens were perfection. Dinner at Five Sails was a lovely short walk and OUTSTANDING! The shops were great downstairs near reception! I picked so many items- too original and perfect to have to choose or pass-up. The valets/doormen were soooo very nice!!! The hotel is in a perfect location as well!
