It was a very nice, clean helpful resort. I wished I could had stayed a few more days there.

Room was clean and put together so no complaints there. Staff also were helpful. Limited activities and food menus and service were sub par. Food was probably less than subpar. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was using as a stationing ground only. I was very disappointed with the food since there really aren’t any options nearby for alternatives.

Excellent laid back resort that even when full doesn’t feel just and always no need to worry about seating during meal times in the beach or by the pool. Staff are fantastic! Only feedback would be to be clearer on pricing at happy hour. Also rotate cocktails during happy so more incentive to bring people together. The chap playing ukulele and singing all day is awesome but when he is not there be nice to have background music in the restaurant and bar area just to give it a better vibe. Last recommendation is have an information sheet when you arrive around what activities are planned for the week and what restaurants are open on what days. Overall loved our stay!!

Excellent staff

The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special. On the other hand, the public bathrooms were pretty disgusting on the property. I feel like some staff tries to upsell on drinks at some restaurants. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor. We all got food poisoning, maybe from the buffet where everyone was touching the same tongs , some little kids were even eating from the tongs used to serve the food ! This is the first time we have ever gotten sick in Fiji over years of staying at different hotels. I definitely think there needs to be better hygiene and disinfectant at the buffets. We drank the tap water and we all also got very ill after. Children need to be looked at after better and not serve themselves at buffet. The coffee tasted really bad, definitely needs to be better. To end on a positive note, our stay was overall good and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We already miss the sunsets and the fun activities. The slide at the pool was so fun. The staff is gracious and genuinely kind and helpful. Vinaka !!

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Sewa helped us so much and I want to say the breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. The hotel is walking distance from Suva hotspots and restaurants. Definitely will be back.

We stayed at the hotel for a business event. While the property itself is well maintained and the facilities are generally of a good standard, our experience with the event management team was extremely disappointing. The staff responsible for coordinating the event demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service. Their approach came across as dismissive, arrogant, and overly entitled. Most concerning was that the person in charge insisted on receiving full payment strictly according to their own terms, yet failed to provide even a basic briefing or appropriate communication to clients during the event. The overall management of the event fell far below the standards one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. The lack of courtesy, accountability, and professional business conduct reflected poorly on the organization. Unfortunately, this experience significantly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay and did not align with the reputation associated with the Sofitel brand.

For the self contained couple who want a positive adjunct to their life, this was perfect. The staff are 10/10.

Dinner show on Friday night was so fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good.
