This boutique hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. The property is amazing and so unique you won’t find another like it in the area. Upon arrival we were greeted with ice cold water and property/room shown, smelled very fresh and clean because it was. The staff and security is very friendly and kind making you feel right at home, the bed was comfortable and the cleaning crew did a great job. Pool is clean and big situated right in the middle of the property hardly see or hear anyone on the premises The towels smell clean and coffee machine at the pool is a must. Got a room upgrade because of my membership after the first night, highly recommend this place. Cannot wait to be back, thank you Domo!!!

Excellent facilities, beautiful grounds and professional friendly staff. All the meals were superb and beyond our expectations. If you want to be treated like royalty in a quiet natural setting with monkeys and plentiful birds, this it the place!

Very much, enjoyed our stay at Santarena, the help we’re very friendly and with great service. They gave us a ride to the Pickleball courts and gave us a ride back and never charged us. The courtyard effect of the area around the hotel with all the restaurants is very quaint. Is it very nice quiet place, we had an immensely great time.

This please was incredible!!! The food, the staff, the property, the entertainment was all top notch. We never did any of the restaurants because we had kids and didn’t want to wait in line so can say that the buffet has amazing food and soooo many options to choose from. There was always chairs to sit around the pool. The staff who do the entertainment were super fun and engaging. The wait staff especially Christopher were amazing at drinking you drinks either on the beach or around the pool!!! The rooms were made up everyday and stocked the mini fridge. Everyone was so friendly and helpful this was probably the nicest resort we have been to. 5 plus stars!!! Would go back tomorrow if I could

Dirt road to go out ; how can you build a property this good and then have a mile of dirt road to approach ? Overpriced for the facility and amenities

Lovely! We’re staying at Exclusive Resorts for the rest of the week, but we couldn’t have asked for a better quick stay here at Four Seasons. Staff has been incredibly friendly and attentive. Grounds are beautiful. The entire Papagayo Peninsula is beautiful.

We had an amazing week at the W…really exceeded all our expectations! The property was gorgeous with amazing views and a very nice, spacious beach. The room was great, especially the rainfall shower heads! The vibe of the was a perfect mix of chill and upbeat. But a huge shoutout to the staff which were amazing. They not only always asked our name, but they would remember it the next time they would see you. Housecleaning service was great and we appreciated the little touches. We are already planning to be back for the next special occasion.

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING!!! Vans shuttle you around and they make everything so easy, fun and relaxing! Nelson and Ahmed were two of our favorites who went above and beyond! Our entire experience was top notch at Secrets! Thanks everyone!!!!
