The room was always super, super clean. All of the staff members were amazing, and always extremely kind&helpful. The beach view was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding we were always excited to have breakfast, the buffet&food was delicious.

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami.
It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming.
The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach.
This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. It feels sophisticated, comfortable, and authentic all at once.
Just stay here. You will understand immediately why it stands out above the rest. Special thanks to Elie at the front desk.

I like the location of the hotel a with a lot of different eateries that's 24 hrs open and the night club, and only 15 minutes from the Miami port.
what I didn't like was there wasn't an iron , and that there was roaches coming out the USB charging port took pictures and reported it I was at least expecting a slight discount

Dicen tener estacionamiento pero no respondieron al mensaje de whatsapp que les envíe pidiendole la ubicación de dicho estacionamiento o al menos una playa pública donde estacionar.
