Great hotel in the centre of Stavanger close to all attractions. Clean and comfortable, with large rooms and big windows. Breakfast, fika and dinner were part of the booking, which made our stay in Stavanger much simpler. The breakfast buffet has lots of options, with good coffee and quality teas also to choose from. Dinner is a single main changing every day, along with choices salads and soups. Overall we were very impressed by the hotel. Being in the centre of town there is a bit of noise at the weekend from the pubs below.

Great overall

Great location for early morning departure on fjordline ferry. Staff were were very caring and helpful for a medical concern and reserving a morning taxi. The restaurant was pleasant with good food.

Our room was comfortable. I found it hard to know how to adjust the temperature. The chain lock on the door had been damaged so it could not be used. When we went to leave I could not get the door to open and thought we were trapped. I tried several times over a minute and then with a shove with the palm of my hand it finally unlocked. The shower is wide open on one side and water goes under the swinging glass panel
