Perfect location

The computer system went down when we were checking in. It took them 2 hours to get us a room and they gave other people who came after us rooms. I had to get angry to get a room. It took 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water. The bathroom door was hard to close. At brunch Saturday morning, the waffles and French toast were hard. However, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff were generally very nice and helpful. Valet parking was great.

This was my first time at the property and it was a very lovely experience. The hotel is conveniently located. All of the staff from the valet, doormen and front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Our housekeeper was very helpful with our request. I like the fact that we were able to request a late checkout. We were also able to extend the late checkout further for a small fee which was worked out well for us since I had a later flight out that evening. I did have a credit for each day of my stay but did not end up utilizing it. Overall great stay, loved the tub in my room it was perfect for a nice relaxing bath. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for future visits to Philly!

Had most of our meals at the Inn, lunch,happy hour dinner and the Sunday brunch. This place gets a six star rating the best service place ran like a well oiled machine. From the host to bartenders to waiters, best service I have experienced food and drinks were excellent.
