Hotel was nice but the casino staff in sports room were very rude. Everyone else was nice.

Very nice accommodation in a great location. Some minor improvements would be great, like making sure that room is ready at check in time or bathroom has soap or check out the fridge to make sure it’s not frozen pool of ice, but overall very clean and comfortable place. Obviously the greatest rooms are reserved for reservation done via website or agents other than the Expedia but still you get to stay close to nice suites even though you may not be in one.
Thank you Expedia

Bed linens and mattress, "tired."
Bath Towels, new/fine.
No Hilton Honor Points since we booked on Expedia. Found that out at check-in. Not pleased.
We were assigned a Connecting Room for our 3 night stay. Hotel not busy first 2 nights, third night family from hell our "neighbors." Took over 20 minutes for front desk to answer my call for help. All they did was call the offenders room.
Coffee in AM, burnt and poor tasting. Is it too much to ask for a good am cup of coffee?
Would not recommend this property to anyone? Keep searching.
