I was disappointed with the check in, person didn’t say hello, just asked for ID and credit card, never explained or stated the amount for the hold on the CC, never told us about restaurants in the hotel or any hotel amenities. For this price and luxury of a hotel I felt like I checked into a motel 6

Practical and accessible

Location, location, location. The property layout is super convenient with easy access to the convention center and local amenities. Like many properties, I felt the room was not as updated and fresh as the public areas were. Check-in was extremely fast and efficient. The value is in the proximity to the freeway and downtown life.

Always our preferred hotel in Pittsburgh. Accommodating is an understatement

My wife and kids thought the comforters were dirty but I believe it was just because they were down comforters and looked dirty, not actually dirty. The shower drain was clogged and refrigerator didn’t work. Decent place to stay for a ball game, although a little overpriced for what it is.
