(395 reviews) Room was compact but had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The bed was 2 singles zipped together but as there wasn't a mattress topper over the two singles, there was a dip in the middle of the bed. The bathroom was excellent. The bar was disappointing - cold and uncomfortable with limited seating options. Staff did not welcome us or acknowledge us as we stood at the bar for 15 mins waiting to order (the only the couple waiting walked out). Once we were finally asked what we wanted to drink, it took a further 35 mins to receive it. Breakfast was superb. Staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. The selection was extensive and quality of food excellent. (16 reviews) This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested.
