Rooms were very modern and clean, the shower was good high pressure and rainfall style. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the room as well as free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a full English break plus a pancake bar, fruit station and plenty of pastries. Only downside is that it’s not close to the tourist attractions and there’s not much nearby to do or eat.

Great apartment at an excellent price, had a little trouble with door code initially but was assisted immediately. Flat is in great condition, very close to where we needed to be and shops, restaurants, tube etc. Would definitely stay again

This is the hotel!!!! I fully recommend everyone The Langham. Very close to everything, amazing/kind staff, cleanliness is spot on and the food is exquisite. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

The bath/shower was not the best. I had to take a video of the shower head, only about 1/3 of the shower jets were operating. I showed the video to the desk staff and asked to have it looked at. Later that day I was told it was addressed but when I turned the shower on only about 1/2 of the shower jets worked. I never had a proper shower and never felt clean.

- Location: most excellent - During the middle of our stay, we ran out of body soap in the shower. Asked housekeeping to come and fill the bottle, but the concierge brought a new bottle. We couldn’t remove the old one and replace it with the one he brought. And for the next 3 days, housekeeping didn’t bother to add soap or replace the old soap bottle with the new one. - The TV Channel line-up was limited. On several occasions, BBC channels blanked out every few minutes for a few seconds - The shower was not completely enclosed with glass doors. With a single door covering half the shower, one had to be extra careful to keep the water from splashing out, but it did, and we had to clean the bathroom floor after every shower.

The first room was clean and the second one too. First room, TV had sound but no picture so they moved me. Very courteous. Second room, heating not on but they came quite quickly to put radiator on. All in all a good stay.

This is a beautiful hotel close to Earls Court tube making it easy to get around London. The decor is beautiful and would consider staying again in the summer as the garden is lovely. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were delighted to receive a room upgrade snd be able to check in even though we were 4 hours before usual check in time. The room was lovely. Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us which impacted our nights sleep but I don’t blame the hotel (everyone is different ☺️). There was some confusion about bar opening times - we were originally told it was 7-10:30pm but we later discovered it’s open all afternoon and one evening when we got back after 10:30, the bar staff kindly served us. The two bar guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable- we enjoyed their advice on Tequila. My only real area of criticism was the breakfast and the lady manager at breakfast. My first day I asked for sourdough toast and poached egg and despite the restaurant being very quiet, if was cold when it arrived. Also I ordered a flat white which I had to chase and it wasn’t brought until after I’d eaten my breakfast. Mostly though, we found the restaurant manager to be very rude. She never smiled (apart from when joking with the chef and other staff) and my husband spoke to her the second day to ask for some toast on the pass which hadn’t been delivered with his breakfast, and she looked at him and promptly turned away to greet some new guests in to the restaurant.
