This is a lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms and well designed as is the entire hotel. The staff however, sets it apart; courteous, available and attentive. I will repeat my visits as often as I am in Boston.

Excellent hotel- restaurants, room service, all of the staff, spacious room with view, bathroom amenities. Great location. Able to take a leisurely walk along the water, and close to many restaurants and theatre district. Also easy to catch a taxi or uber. Wonderful setting with water and city view. Will definitely return!

The hotel is so cute. The room is very comfortable and the bed is great. The hotel and room were immaculate. Why three stars? The first night we had noise from The room above us and the ambulances coming and going from the hospital. We asked to be moved the next night and the hotel kindly changed our room. We had a very quiet room in the courtyard. However the hotel has very little soundproofing in the floors and I could hear noise from upstairs at all hours of the night. So if you are a deep sleeper, this is a fantastic hotel - Beautiful and thoughtful in a great walkable neighborhood. But if you are a light sleeper - maybe skip it or request a courtyard facing room and pray for no upstairs neighbors.

Great location within walking distance to many of Boston’s best spots including Faneuil Market, North End “little Italy,” and more! The hotel staff were welcoming and kind during our visit, and our room was well kept. No complaints.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, and toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on-site was also very good. Highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes.

Everything about this property and its staff was top tier. I’d definitely go back!

I went to raffles Boston for fiancés birthday and I called a week ahead to get the room decorated for her special day and when I showed up the room was not decorated, I then called and said they didn’t decorate the room like I asked so they asked if they could come up during dinner and decorate so I agreed. When we returned from dinner the room was “decorated”, the sign was hanging off the ceiling and decorations taped poorly and just looked awful. Very disappointed considering this is a expensive 5 start hotel
