Room was ok, housekeeping never came into room to give us new sheets or towels even after asking twice.

Beautiful clean industrial style hotel. Very close to the ballpark. Very friendly staff.

We weren’t able to have our room serviced for two days. The Front Desk stated that they were understaffed. I thought this was odd as the housekeeper serviced the room across the hall one day and the room right next to us on the other.

PSA 10 💎 or, more accurately, BGS 9.5 🌟 ⚾️⚾️⚾️ The Rockies are an outstanding organization , this hotel is an excellent facility. Everyone we interacted with who was working was awesome; valet was efficient, front desk provided stellar service. The workers we met on the elevator were friendly and nice to talk with albeit briefly. Our room was on the 10th floor and the views were pretty darn good. Remember to close the curtains if you need privacy, we could see people across the square in the other office buildings and I don’t know if these windows are mirrored ;) The room and bathroom were reasonably clean, definitely acceptable. The rooftop pool is quite an experience, no one else was up there early in the morning and we had to ourselves for a while, it was clean and obviously well maintained. The added “amenity fee” seems like a hasty attempt to scratch as many dollars from their guests, in my opinion should be included in the already-expensive cost of staying here, but it’s not enough to demote a star from our experience in my overall rating. I’ve been a baseball fan for nearly 40 years, this is our first trip to Denver and Coors Field to see the Rockies, and Dodgers in the game we went to. It was so awesome staying here with a 30s walk to the ballpark entrance, and worth it. What an impressive atmosphere for a game. Ohtani hit his 310th home run, 30th on the season which made the overall experience exceptional. We will be back for some games next season.

Room was large and nicely furnished with a beautiful high ceiling. The union station location is great with lots of restaurants and bars. And so convenient for catching the train to the airport!
