Location. Location. Location is everything. This hotel is precisely where you want to be in Rotterdam. The staff were amazing. The rooms and the views from the room were spectacular. Highly recommend

The bed was comfortable, bouncy but comfortable;) very spacious room with beautiful views but otw out got trapped in the elevator & key cards were under performing. Maintenance man ran the elevator again after I was trapped after saying oops didn’t work well yesterday also. Bathrooms were small & outdated but the lobby was very nice to relax in to recharge with cold water on demand.
