The hotel faces the beach which is about a block away. It provides unattached beach chairs and umbrellas for the day for 20 euros, but no beach towels. The beach area has easy access to the water by steps or a ladder. There are two convenient shaded cafes, a gelato stand and a nice play area for children. Bed and linen were neat and clean Washing machine and cloth rack available Small lawn area also attached to the room Cons: For some reason there were a lot of house flies in the room The shower head was not functioning properly - only the overhead one worked the hand held one didn’t work. In the washroom, there isnt a proper separation on the floor between shower area and the rest of the bathroom so the water ends up spilling outside. Other than this, all good. (264 reviews) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Nox! The foyer, restaurant and room were all very modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely and I was very quick to be served. But above all the staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE. All of them were so kind, helpful, chatty and considerate. Also there is a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can catch the bus into the city centre and there is a gorgeous walk up through the forest directly behind the hotel. We slept so well here. It was so quiet with antique books everywhere. The bath was so nice in the bathroom with everything you could want - robes, slippers, conditioner, shampoo and Epsom salt.
