The location was great to see Olympique the Marseille!!, the hotel was great, the staff was nice, except for Virginie , we were ordering at the restaurant but , our food was taking so long and she really didn’t care, because she was focus on other people’s order, thank goodness Sebastian understood what Happened and he gave my son a free non alcoholic fruit cocktail and he enjoyed it a lot, so 10 points for Sebastien 0 for Virginie

Property is amazing, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Huge shout out to Quentin who went above and beyond during our stay. Some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel.

Restaurant service slow. Staff seemed stuck up, they have Michelin star but dining experience not that special. Hotel on noisy intersection.

Glad I didn’t stay at the old town where this hotel has bus station just in front of the gate. Staff was excellent and house keeping as well. Beautiful pool with reasonably priced pool bar.

Very nice hotel. Good space outside to relax. Staff very attentive and helpful. Convenient to shopping, beach, dining. Lent us beach towels and an umbrella. Nice breakfast options and cappuccino.
