Great location and great staff. Clean comfortable rooms with great in room features such as well stocked mini bar, nice shower and black out curtains.

Arrived after 5pm angmd having difficultiy to check in which spent almost 1 hour. However propertie is very clean and complete with chickennete utensil amd washing machine.

Lot of traffic noise from main road close to the hotel. Depends on where you have got a room as hotel has been used before wirhout any issue

The room was great. Plenty of storage space. King size bed. Location is close to city center. Would stay again

The reservation was cancelled after a completed online checkin, because I had arrived a day later than the booking. I had informed the hotel of this in advance but then could not get access to the building or room. The online agent was unfriendly, unhelpful and completely unapologetic, even though I was locked out of a fully paid room at 11 at night. A truly abysmal standard of service. The room was very small, and very stuffy with no air con, and it was not possible to leave the window open overnight because of a high level of noise outside. I would not consider this a suitable place to stay for business, coupes or families - it’s a poor standard of room with terrible service if you need it, no facilities and a high price.
