Everything was fine, but for a 4-star rating, there were a few things that could have been improved.
When we checked in as two people, there was only one bottle of water in the room. Even though snacks are charged, there were no snacks available in the rooms if we needed them. We had to go out to get water.
We also had to ask for a bottle of water from the front desk.
On the positive side, Ansou was very friendly and professional when we checked in. He greeted us warmly and smiled. The lifeguard in the swimming pool was also very friendly and helpful.

We were given an accessible room hough i hadnt booked ine. The bathroom was a wet room with a seat in the shower so the floor was soaked. Also nowhere to hang towels. Literally not even a peg!
The pool is not a swimming pool, it's about 3 meters by 4 meters.
