The parkade was filthy, and then they were trying to clean it and had blocked off a number of parking spots but didn't do any cleaning so they were blocked off for now reason. A number of us just moved the pylons so we could park. The way to the pool was very awkward through the dirty parkade. Didn't work well for the families we saw making their way there. The hallways were very hot, and the carpet was very tired. The room was fine but getting worn. Fireplace was only electric, that was disappointing and it didn't work well and made a strange noise. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

If you like national parks, but don’t want to rough it, this is the place to go.

Sheet is not clean. One of my bed sheet has blood remaining on it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and had a great ambiance. Would definitely stay here again!

Room stunk like gas fumes from the generators outside

Room is clean, don’t use other amenities except for breakfast. Simple bf, but enough.

Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service.

For a 4 stars hotel, serving a burned and very small muffin with paid Breakfast is disappointing.
