The hotel is really nice. It is very clean , the view is great, the breakfast is tasty and varied. But a hotel is should be a Hospitality business and there is no Hospitality as there is no human being there to say hello or answer your questions. it's all automated.

The multilingual staff at the reception was polite, friendly and service minded. The location was perfect to explore the surrounding area by car and bicycle. Also great walking trails.

They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane.

The least I expect from any hotel is to be able to control the room temperature. I followed the instructions on the thermostat as I wanted the room to be more comfortable and not so cold. I then went to bed expecting it to work, it did nothing to increase the temperature and I was cold most of the night. I did not call reception as I did not want someone coming to the room at that time. Next day I was told the hotel heating was OFF and offered a fan heater. This is not acceptable let alone from a supposedly 5 - star hotel. I asked for a room rate reduction and got NOTHING. Needless to say I will not be returning. Other bad points - 35 Euro breakfast must be the most expensive ever (I did NOT try it) - so for two that's 70 Euros. I had a good 2 course evening meal for about the same price (NOT in the hotel of course). The Jacuzzi was only just warm enough and so not really as expected. The staff were helpful in other respects but they need to get the basics rights. Location is good although if using Uber you have to walk the last part with your luggage.
