Very clean and staff very helpful. Would love to stay again!

The staff seemed nice enough. They only had two people checking guests in so that process took quite a long time. The room was nice and clean. The window was very dirty though (inside and outside) Typically stuff like that doesn’t bother me, however when you pay a bit extra for a strip view room, it would be nice to see it clearly. Also our room did not have a sign that stated if something was picked up from the minibar for more than 30 seconds that it would be charged to the room. After seeing the charge and calling I was informed of that policy. It’s understandable even though we never opened anything. Literally read the outside of the package (not food). Still it would have been nice to be told at the desk or have a sign. They said there was one in the front of the item, but looking back in pictures we took while the room, there was not a sign.

This is probably the best choice for us since we are not really into casinos. The room space is large, especially in vertical direction. I wish we had booked it for a longer duration.

The room is big for NYC king bed and the pillows are amazing. My room was very clean! The staff was amazing. They were very helpful, and non judgemental when it came to my touritsy questions. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room, clean, affordable, great location, amazing staff, 10/10 and would stay here again. Mattress and pillows could be little comfier but you can’t have it all lol. So glad we found this place!

You couldn’t find a better place to stay in mid-town. Close to everything and a lovely hotel. Quiet, elegant, great service. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Great restaurants and sites in walking distance too.

Very pleasant staff. Room clean and spacious. Nice and central for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing etc.

The staff was so nice! The morning breakfast is amazing! This is a great North Rome spot, fairly close to several key areas to include the Spanish stairs. Lots of locals eat here and it's not as touristy as some of the spots in center square. We took the limo service back and forth to the airport, which was really nice.
