Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Overall a nice stay. The restaurant onsite tries to be too fancy. Food is expensive and a bit odd ...

Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved this castle-like hotel overlooking the river with beautiful sunsets!

Great hotel with very spacious and clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, and close to a train station.

My room was very large and well equipped. My room and all parts of the hotel were well presented and clean. The reception and catering staff were very obliging and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. A little more kindness and understanding would make a big difference. The air conditioning in our suite was not strong enough for such a large room, making it less comfortable than expected. The breakfast was also quite expensive for what was offered. While it was decent, I expected a better variety and overall value for the price.
