The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

everyone were very nice and helpfull. the carpet in the room was a bit old and used up.

Excellent will for sure visit again

While our overall experience at Mandarin Oriental Prague was somewhat disappointing compared to the exceptional standards we have come to expect from Mandarin Oriental properties in other countries, one individual truly stood out. Shaheer deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He assisted my wife during check-in and continued to provide exceptional service throughout our stay. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to our experience. Shaheer is a true credit to the hotel and embodies the level of personalised service that the Mandarin Oriental brand is known for. Unfortunately, the property itself did not quite live up to the standards we have experienced at other Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world. Nevertheless, thanks to individuals like Shaheer, the hotel still manages to deliver moments of genuine five-star hospitality. A sincere thank you to Shaheer for making our stay more memorable. His efforts certainly deserve recognition from the management.
