The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue.

Pros :
The food on offer was exceptional
The staff are all very friendly
The hotel is opposite the ski lift and next to a piste
Front desk upgraded my single room to a double
There is free parking (as well as paid)
Cons :
I found other peoples hair on the clean sheets.
Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear

Great place very well located, at the beginning of a nice forest. Friendly host. Good breakfast buffet.
Only negative point: other guests woke us up at 7am speaking loudly in the corridors.
