Bed was okay. Jacuzzi was dirty and I saw a few roaches.

Early check in? Forget about it, go with Rentyl they got me in by 12 PM ( twice ) also checkout is at 10 PM. Not worth it through VSTAYS in my opinion. Rentyl got me in early twice in two weeks. Is it a good home yes. But man did the front desk suck.

The transportation was very easy to use to get to parks. And the hotel was just amazing all around

This was a beautiful property but pretty outdated. Be careful when booking this hotel through Expedia. There were several hidden fees that were not disclosed prior to booking.

Everything was great other than the pool closing at 8 pm. The lighting in the room was a bit dim and the magnifying lit mirror in bathroom was not usable. It was activated by motion, but the sensor does not face you. Other than that, it was really good

Great stay - close to many attractions.

Pros: - splash zone had poolside waitstaff and only 3 points of entry/exit on one side so parents could relax without worrying about their kid leaving. -they offer 2 & 3 bedroom villas which was nice to have Cons: - they will not let you check in before 4pm on the dot unless you want to spend $75 & then act like they did a magic trick to get you a room at 4pm. They do this as a money grab - Check-in is at 4pm (not 3pm) & check out is 10AM not 11am unless you want to pay $100. And then cleaning lady beat on our door at 9:45am and tapped her watch at us. Again, money grab. - pool towels are in your room & they won’t give you any till you get checked in. They should give them to you with “soft check in” and then count them when you check out. We didn’t even get to use them because we only stayed one night & they made it very clear if they weren’t in the room upon check out you would be charged. -Parking is $30. -Breakfast sandwiches in the market was the most overcooked dried out food I’ve ever had. -They purposely don’t put out enough umbrellas so that people will pay extra for reserved seating & cabanas. Takeaway: they will nickel & dime you to death after getting a pretty penny for your hotel room. If you are a local, bring your own stainless steel cup full of ice (they charge for ice lol), towels and clip on chair umbrella. You can’t bring food supposedly but we did have a couple snacks for the kids and they didn’t say anything.
