An excellent place, all the staff very friendly and attentive, very comfortable rooms, quality beach service. My only suggestion is perhaps to add smoking areas, since on several occasions we had to share closed-off spaces with air conditioning and people smoking. I found it a bit unpleasant. I recommend Zel as a good place for vacation.

Really loved the property! Service was excellent everywhere we went. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We slept in late most days and as long as we got to the pool by 10 or so, we were able to find chairs. The resort did not seem full, so chairs may have been a problem if we went a busier week.
Main issue with this resort is the amount of seaweed on the beach. I didn't realize the amount of seaweed and how detrimental it would be to the ocean experience. They have one beach cleaning machine that is shared across several resorts and clearly cannot keep up. Sometimes there would be huge piles of seaweed which would also produce a smell.
We ended up having to spend most of our time in the pool rather than the ocean.

The lobby was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The concierges were kind of rude. I tried asking two of them questions and they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help. They definitely need to put some TLC into the rooms. Our shower was clogged, there was mold under the lip of the sink and the carpets really need replacing.
