The Atlantis property is huge with lots to see and do. We stayed at the Coral hotel which was a little dated but fine for us. The staff were very helpful and while we had a few little things wrong with our room they came and fixed it right away. They gave us a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Lots of breakfast and meal options right in the hotel. Warning that the food is very expensive and not great however. Not just at hotel but all around the property.

Classy, timeless, elegant, spotless, farm-to-table…our second trip here did not disappoint. Great couples getaway in a beautiful villa with warm, friendly staff. Also no trouble accommodating our gluten free friends.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Zel Punta Cana! Our wonderful host Yunior went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience! He was in consistent communication with us about whether we needed anything and how everything was going! If we had any questions he always had an answer to help us! If we needed reservations for the restaurants he was on it! We really appreciate all he did! Every staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile. The property was pristine! Very aesthetically pleasing! We also enjoyed the food! We will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending this resort to others that we know! It was an overall 10/10 experience!!

My 3 daughters and I booked a swim-up suite. It was so much fun! The beach is beautiful and the pool was so relaxing! The poolside staff were always around willing to help us. The staff here are all friendly, welcoming people. We definitely want to come back! An excellent vacation!

Amenities are always great at the Atlantis, the casino, aquarium, rides, shops, all a good experience. Rooms at the royal are pretty outdated, very old rug, very old shower curtain, which made it kind of uncomfortable to shower, old bathroom in general. Service in general was good/average.

We had a lovely vacation, though you should prepare for some serious steps each day from the beach up to your room. My knees were definitely feeling the effort after just three days. Fortunately, you can easily catch a shuttle if you simply ask for one. While the food was a bit hit or miss overall, the Indian fusion restaurant was a consistent delight. It was a fantastic and relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
