Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they accommodated us in other ways and were flexible with certain things so definitely appreciate it. Will definitely stay again!!!

Graveside beach water color is amazing Only problem is the road from the main highway to the hotel is not paved.

We loved the cleanliness of the entire property, the rooms, multiple pools, and the beautiful beach. The cafeteria dining was excellent. I tried to get a limo service but the concierge was not helpful in providing me a car service; even though it was available. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, we’ll be back.

It has been a truly wonderful experience staying at this exceptional hotel in my hometown, Alexandria. From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade kindly offered by the delightful female receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall) to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, every detail reflected genuine hospitality. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and care that made my visit so exceptional. Equally impressive was the remarkable team managing and operating the beautiful beachside restaurant. Their delicious food is undoubtedly the reason I left with a few extra pounds, and I could not be happier about it. I was truly honored to meet the managers—Mr. Abdeltawab, Mr. Moustafa, and the respectable young gentleman, Mohannad—who went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind. This stay has been nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning soon

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience. Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, style, and excellent hospitality. Note: It’s so close if you are flying from Borg el Arab

Big facility with so many areas to sit in and enjoy the live music played every day . Lovely place to come back .
