Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very good breakfasts. Staff were very professional and friendly. Location excellent- close to downtown. Lovely Victorian-style home.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect welcoming temperature. The pool/slide/hot tub was very popular with the kids. Only downside was no complimentary breakfast like majority of other hotel stays- but there was an on-site Cafe and restaurant.

Breakfast choices were limited and expensive. Not all are single business travellers. We are two vacationers. Two luggage racks and two comfortable chairs would be nice.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained. Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out. Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention. I personally did not like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card over $1600 as a deposit when my room was fully paid for months prior to my stay.
