Rooms are clean. Staff are kind and polite. Nice national park view. Is you want somewhere quiet , the safari club is the place to be. I liked the idea the idea of not having a television In the room. This is deliberate so one can have a quiet time. It’s so relaxing.

I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time.

The lodge was very nice, staff very attentive and good experience. Except the MaKuwa Kuwa restaurant. Read a lot of reviews saying what a great restaurant it was, very false. Food was not good for all of us and talked to other people who ate there and said the same thing . My lamb dish was rancid and got very bad food poisoning. I do not drink alcohol and a very careful eater.

This is a very unique boutique hotel. The staff was exceptional in knowing places to go for food as well as sightseeing. Our room was beyond what we expected. There were three of us and there were two large rooms with two king-size beds, a suite setting with two bathrooms. The view from the rooftop restaurant and bar is beautiful, worth spending time in that space. We had one dinner in the restaurant, which was very good.We also utilized the hot tub which you sign up for a half hour block at a time(you can sign up for more than 1/2 hour at a time) the rooms were attended to Daly with turndown service as well.

The property is charming. The units spacious and welcoming. However, the staff is incredible. Personable, caring and engaging.
