Very well managed and clean property with very hospitable staff. MC was particularly very attentive to our dietary restrictions and the chef was kind enough to make us special food. We are very grateful to everybody, thank you so much!

Rooms are clean. Staff are kind and polite. Nice national park view. Is you want somewhere quiet , the safari club is the place to be. I liked the idea the idea of not having a television In the room. This is deliberate so one can have a quiet time. It’s so relaxing.

A wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. The setting, views and wildlife are spectacular, but what really makes this place special is the people. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and eager to help. A special mention goes to Chris at the bar, whose attentive, friendly service was outstanding. He remembered guests, took the time to chat, and made everyone feel valued without ever seeming rushed. Including involving my son in games and fist bumps! Beautiful lodges can be found all over the world, but it's the staff who create unforgettable memories. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has clearly built an exceptional team, and they're the reason we'd both return without hesitation. Highlight of our 4 weeks in SW Africa.

I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time.

This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr.
