This rustic accommodation was perfect for our three nights at beautiful Lake Malawi, right on the lake with stunning views. Shad looked after us so well and his meals were delicious. Unfortunately, during our stay there was no Wi-Fi, although efforts were made to restore it. We would happily stay here again.

Everything in the hotel is terribly overpriced. I will never stay here again. The hotel is not worth the money being charged.

I cannot recommend Kumbali Country Lodge enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a peaceful garden sanctuary. The lodge is set on a beautiful working farm, with a game conservation program which gives it a unique, rustic-chic charm that you just won't find in a standard city hotel.
The suite was spacious, well decorated and extremely clean. The lodge staff went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. The onsite restaurant had a varied menu and the food was excellent. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I wish that I could have stayed longer.
