Room was kinda dirty. The headboard to the beds had makeup on it and the shower was also dirty. Also the doors are so loud and heavy when they close. But the bed was really comfy

The jacuzzi in the tower had so much chlorine that it discolored our swimsuits. The manager at Bogota did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to us. They blamed it on the spa manager and directed us to go there. Called spa and no answer.
