San Lucas Island Waterpark Holidays

Second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first time. Excellent, safe, clean and luxurious. There is a nice little food court with food trucks nearby that was perfect for dinner!

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The property was stunning. The room was fantastic. This place is paradise.

My family and I saw a lot of anime around the hotel during our stay, including a sloth nearby pool, really cool!

The hotel was nice enough and we enjoyed walking the trails to the waterfall. However, I would NOT recommend this hotel, particularly the Villa Prima Mountain View suite. We were kept awake by multiple dogs barking nearby for several hours and spoke to the front desk about the problem twice before being given a different room to sleep in. There were no fans available in the room for white noise and despite the windows being closed, we could hear sounds from outside very loudly. This was a big disruption to our stay as we were just there for one night before our flight out of San Jose. Staff were apologetic but not proactive. We were also charged $72 for three margaritas at dinner, $10/drink for the margarita mix plus $14/drink for Don Julio tequila.

Property designed and made for people Who want to relax.Well kept, limited menu and my only suggestion is to stop calling the guest to their rooms to remind the different eating times. It can be interrupting and is unnecessary. Decorations are very will developed in Costa Rican style and very fine test. Wi fi is excelente and the best of the resort is the personnel, just and outstanding group people. Woul have liked a wider range of options to choose from. Climate is fresh and a little humid but very characteristic of the area and not to the point of feeling uncomfortable. The quiality of the food, although limited, well preseted and very tasty. If I had to spend time relaxing and with family or my partner looking for rest and quiet, it’s very recomendable.

Very nice property with pretty foliage and landscaping. Some room decor and parts can use updating but nice, spacious and clean. Restaurant was great with many healthy options especially breakfast buffet. Amenities offer spa, gym, pool and casino. Executive lounge was an great addition. All staff were amazing. With complementary shuttle service, what more do you need. Store and other eating options walkable and nearby. Not walkable too much else I don’t believe. Will return.

Hotel provided great vibes and eatery had good food. Breakfast has been great and Manuel was amazing and very helpful when we had questions that needed to be answered and always greeted us with coffee. I will plan on visiting the radisson again in my next trip!
