Great un assumed hotel, great friendly and helpful staff, that’s a breath of fresh air to the inconsistent service common in São Paulo. Rooms are large, a bit on the old side but well maintained. Room service lacks variety and restaurant staff did not speak English (what’s with that being an international hotel!?)
The staff will have me coming back over and over!

The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting.
The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.
