Great besides the air unit leaked on our head

This was an amazing stay. I loved everything about it. We actually visitrd here to go to a rooftop event at the top of this hotel, and we were not disappointed how NICE and AWESOME this property is!!! When we requested ice / it came super fast ! The property itself is amazing. They utilize a conservation effect and it does not disappoint beautiful breathtaking very natural ambience. The valet was very knowledgeable, respectful even requested to help us with our bags, even though my husband were able to take them. This hotel is definitely a month for every trip to Nashville TN!!!

Tight quarters for a family. Great for single folk I suppose.

Nice Clean and good location

Stayed in a pet friendly room and the carpet in the hallways was dirty and the rug in the room was dirty. Floor did not look clean either. I understand it was a pet floor but, maybe remove all carpet. I have stayed in lesser pet friendly rooms that were far cleaner.

Always a pleasure being at the Hermitage. Elegant, comfortable, extremely friendly. Home away from home.

Excellent hotel with great dining options. Staff in hotel and at restaurants were wonderful.

Everything was perfect except the ac.
