Overall, our stay was good, but there were several disappointing issues. The apartment was not properly equipped for six guests. There was not enough crockery, cutlery, or kitchen equipment, with only two wine glasses and no dinner knives. The listing advertised daily housekeeping, but this never happened. There was also no soap or toilet paper on arrival, despite these being listed as included. The apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived, and some towels had stains. With better housekeeping and proper equipment, the overall experience would have been much better.

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Camere sporche con ancora effetti personali degli ospiti precedenti, asciugamani mancanti. Posteggio inesistente ed indicazioni poco chiare su come arrivare all'alloggio

An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! It's hard to believe this hotel has only been open for two weeks because everything operates as if it has been established for years. The attention to detail, organization, and level of service are truly impressive. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The views are simply breathtaking, making every morning even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would honestly rate the service a 1000/10 if I could. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. That personal touch speaks volumes about the culture of this hotel. Congratulations to the entire team on an incredible opening. I can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel 4 night while visiting south of Albania. I am very happy with everything this hotel offers. Very clean, Close to the centre, But theThe best from all is the staff. They are Always happy to help and make sure you have everything needed. Highly recommend and I will definitely revisit this place myself.
